Shipping Information: All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. USPS advises Priority packages should be received within 2-3 days of shipping.

All items in-stock will ship within 2-3 days, some exceptions for Fri/Sat orders.

Custom orders or out of stock items are expected to ship within 14 days. You will be contacted regarding custom orders with more information on shipping information.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to love your Purdy Little Things purchase. If you really don't like your purchase, and can't give it away to someone, we will refund your purchase price, not including any shipping charges (to or from buyer/seller). Please message us and let us know you plan to return an item and your refund will be credited through PayPal when the item is received back at our location in the ORIGINAL condition and packaging.

Please message us to discuss any exchanges. We will exchange items, but all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
